Payment

Full payment may be made with cash or travellers cheques in Sterling at the end of your stay.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted however we are unable to accept Amex due to the high admin charges related to this card.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. Any cancellation received outwith this time frame will be liable for the cost of the stay in full. (we will endeavour to re-book your room and should we be successful no charge will be due)

Disability and Accessibility

No.20 is the perfect base for your stay in Scotland. Unfortunately our bedrooms are unsuitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.
We do not allow pets however can supply you with the name of a house sitter who will take your dog for the night, only a street away from No20

No Smoking

No.20 is smoke free.... Smokers are welcome to use the bench in the garden, a truly awakening experience!
