Prices are per room, they include tea/coffee, warm scones and a selection of jams on arrival and a delicious Scottish Breakfast each morning.

A supplement of £10.00 should be added for a single night booking Double occupancy.
We offer an all year round Forces discount and will discuss a corporate rate for businesses regularly using No.20 as an accommodation provider, please mention in your communication

Great beds for sleepy heads, moody lighting, flat- screen TVs, internet access, hair dryers, iron and luxury Sea Kelp toiletries. All the ingredients you need to wake feeling rested and ready for the day ahead. We ask that guests check-in from 3.30pm, check-out is at 10.30 am.

If arrival is expected to be EARLIER than 3.30pm or LATER than 6.00 pm please advise us when booking.
